In-Store Collection

In-Store collection is completely free.

In-Store returns are also accepted as long as it is within 14 days of purchase.

All items should be received within 3-5 business days

Returns Information

All returns need to be received within 14 days in original packaging with all tags attached and unworn for a refund.

Postage is at your cost and should be sent tracked and a full refund will be issued. Postage is not refundable.

We cannot cover the cost of postage returned back to us, this must be paid by the customer.

Please post/drop back to our address

All items must:
• Be unwashed
• Have all labels attached
• Be unused/ not worn
• Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
• Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
